Booking Terms

Pricing is subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as foreign-currency exchange rates. A 40% deposit of the total booking cost is required at the time of booking (unless you choose to pay in full), refundable within 20 days upon written request; after that the deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining 60% must be paid at least 30 days before departure. Bookings made within 15 days of arrival must be paid in full at confirmation. Gorilla and chimpanzee permits require 100% payment at the time of booking, as they are secured directly from the Uganda Wildlife Authority.

Payment is by wire transfer to our bank account (please add your local bank transfer fee). Transfers may take 2–5 working days; please provide us with the bank confirmation.

Gorilla and chimpanzee permits and domestic flights are 100% non-refundable and do not form part of the normal cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made in writing, and the following charges apply:

• 40–30 days before departure — 30% charged
• 30–20 days before departure — 50% charged
• 20–0 days before departure — 100% charged

• Pride Nature Safaris does not own or manage the accommodation, aircraft and other facilities used in conjunction with the tours.
• Clients are responsible for arranging travel insurance appropriate to the activities booked.
• We are not responsible for missed flights due to late check-in; no credit or refund is given for lost or destroyed travel documents.
• Please disclose any pre-existing medical conditions.
• Smoking is not allowed in any vehicle operated by the company; frequent stops can be arranged.
